JDB-1U P20 Tin bronze solid bearing is made of CuSn5Pb5Zn5 bronze alloy with oil added in the oil grooves. This type cast bronze sleeve bushing has very good performance of anti-wear. It's also called cast bronze bearing, solid turned bronze sliding bearing,CNC turned bronze bearing,centifugal cast bronze plain bearing, gunmetal bronze bushing.

Mouting Suggestion

• Housing – Ø: Mounting bevel, min. 1,5 mm x 15-45°

• Shaft Material:Hardened steel, surface roughness < Rz 6,3                                                                                                            

• Shaft: Mounting bevel, 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded

• Force fitting mandrel: The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting.
