• HB series single bed welding positioner is designed to position the work-piece like pipe,tank,pressure vessel to meet the manual welding, automatic welding, automatic submerged arc welding and other various needs, and to meet a variety of work-piece riveting purposes.

• HB series working table can do two acts as revolving infinitely and tilted within degree  0°～120°, this can help make the workpiece at ideal position for next work process.
• With T-slots on the table surface for clamping work-piece, and chuck can also be added in the welding table to fix or clamp the work-piece well.
• H-welding can provide customize for customer according to specific requirements.

Welding positioner is consisting of worktable revolving mechanism, overturning device and electric control system. The work-piece can be reach to the most suitable position through worktable lifting,revolving and overturning.

The worktable revolving and tilting controlled by step-less frequency conversion to achieve a best welding speed. Lifting controlled by manual and fixed by bolt.
