The main base material of sunshine fabric:

1. Polyester fiber:

Polyester fiber is a synthetic fiber obtained by spinning polyester obtained by polycondensation of organic dibasic acid and dihydric alcohol. Industrial mass-produced polyester fibers are made of polyethylene terephthalate, which is traded under the trade name of polyester in China. It is the largest variety of synthetic fibers at present.

2. Fiberglass:

Glass fiber is an inorganic non-metallic material with excellent performance, which is made from glass balls or waste glass through high temperature melting, wire drawing and other processes.

The advantages are insulation, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. Commonly used as reinforcement in composites, electrical insulation and thermal insulation.

The diameter of glass fiber monofilament is several microns to twenty microns, which is equivalent to 1/20-1/5 of a hair, and each bundle of fiber strands is composed of hundreds or even thousands of monofilaments.

3. Polymer composite PVC:

Polymer composite PVC is a multiphase solid material composed of polymer materials and other substances of different compositions, shapes and properties.

The materials of the fabric are mainly glass fiber polymer composite materials and polyester fiber polymer composite materials.
Sunshine fabrics in curtains are mainly used for roller blinds and zebra blinds

04).How many defects on 1 roll( 2.5m wide * 40m long) fabric?
We have the most strict quality control, usually, there is 0 defects in each roll of our regular production series.
For customized series, we will control the defects are less than 3.

05).If I only get small quantity needs for the first order, is it ok?
We can start cooperation in a very flexible way, for first trial order, you can buy only several rolls as long as the item is in stock. If without stock, the MOQ is 1000m/item & width.

06).If I have my own design,quality & color,can you OEM for me?
Yes, we offer OEM service according to clients' request.
