ORSTE “Optical” Dehumidifying Dryers provides the advantages of a consistent dew point and maximum energy efficiency. They combine the function of dehumidifying, drying and two-stage conveying into one compact machine, specified for the production of “optical class” and “food standard” products, such as lens, LGP, disposable lunch box etc. The quality desiccant honeycomb rotor provides continuous and constant low dew-point air which can be lower than -40 ^oC under ideal conditions.

Drying & Regenetive & Feeding filters are all made of non-woven fabric which can be re-used after cleaning by water or compressed air gun. Transparent cover makes it is easy to discover whether the filters are clocked or not.

Notes for Installation and Positioning

1) Machine just can be mounted in vertical position. Make sure there’s no pipe, fixed structure or other objects above the installing location and around the machine which may block machine’s installation, hit objects or injure human person.

2) In order to maintain convenient operation, it’s suggested to keep 1m space around the machine. Please keep at least 2m distance between the device and the inflammable goods.

3) This series of models only could be applied in working environment with good ventilation.
