ORSTE “Optical” Dehumidifying Dryers provides the advantages of a consistent dew point and maximum energy efficiency. They combine the function of dehumidifying, drying and two-stage conveying into one compact machine, specified for the production of “optical class” and “food standard” products, such as lens, LGP, disposable lunch box etc. The quality desiccant honeycomb rotor provides continuous and constant low dew-point air which can be lower than -40 oC under ideal conditions.

For models below OCD-160/120H, cyclone dust separators are standardly equipped for removing the dust from the material, in this way, the filters are not easy to be blocked, the blower of the machine can work longer than normal ones. The final product can be better also. The bottom of the hopper dryer is equipped with a material discharge plate, it is convenient for cleaning the hopper when changing different kinds of plastic materials.
All the electrical parts are located in the electrical cabinets and are all well protected from possible damage by hit and keep danger aways from operators. The electrical cabinet is locked when the machine is running, only the appointed personnel is alowed to open the electrical cabinet for maintenance or repair. Safety comes first when operating the machine. |
