The MGC series single-axis MEMS gyroscopes deliver highly stable
and low-noise angular velocity outputs in a compact ceramic package
with fully digital interface. With bias stability as low as 0.5
dph, angle random walk down to 0.06°/√h, and wide bandwidth up to
≥100 Hz, these sensors are ideal for demanding applications
requiring high precision and long-term repeatability.
