Tactical Grade Three Axis High Precision Fiber Optic Gyroscope Inertial Navigation Sensor Product Description The 3OG-40M is a high-precision inertial angular rate sensor based on the optical Sagnac effect, designed to measure the angular velocity of a moving platform along its sensitive axis. At the core of this device is an advanced fiber-optic ring, which serves as the angular velocity sensing unit. It employs a digital closed-loop detection circuit to extract the optical path difference created by the interference between clockwise and counterclockwise propagating light waves. This optical path difference, induced by external angular velocity, is accurately detected by the fiber-optic ring. A sophisticated feedback control system then converts this signal into a voltage output, enabling real-time modulation and demodulation. Through this advanced closed-loop control mechanism, the 3OG-40M achieves high-precision angular velocity detection with exceptional stability and reliability. This makes it ideal for applications requiring accurate inertial measurements, such as navigation, stabilization, and motion control systems in aerospace, defense, and industrial fields.
