01 Cleaning and Environmental Protection
The entire system adopts fully negative pressure operation,
reliable sealing, no dust overflow, and clean environment. The
finished product collection adopts a bag type dust collector, with
a dust removal efficiency of up to 99.9%, which is higher than the
latest national environmental protection standards; The limit
device of the HVM mill ensures that the grinding disc and roller do
not come into contact during operation, resulting in low vibration
and noise.

area; The limit device prevents direct contact between the grinding

hydraulic loading system, the grinding pressure can be flexibly
adjusted according to changes in grindability, resulting in high

03 High degree of automation, simple operation and maintenance
Adopting a fully automatic control system, remote control can be
achieved, which is simple and convenient; The limit device prevents
direct contact between the grinding roller and the grinding disc,
and can be started with no load without the need to apply fabric
before starting up; External independent thin oil lubrication
station, convenient for oil product replacement. The reducer and
grinding roller bearings are lubricated with forced thin oil, which
not only takes away a large amount of heat but also improves the
service life of the reducer and grinding roller bearings; The
hydraulic maintenance device can easily make the grinding roller
flip out of the machine, and the replacement and maintenance of the
grinding roller sleeve are convenient and fast.

Adopting a dynamic and environmentally friendly powder selection
machine, with concentrated particle size distribution, good
particle shape, variable frequency speed regulation, and convenient
adjustment of product fineness; At the same time as grinding, the
finished product is selected in a timely manner to reduce the
residence time and cycle times of the material in the grinder,
resulting in low pollution and high quality of the finished
product.
05 Low comprehensive investment cost
Due to the integration of grinding, grading, drying, and conveying,
the process flow is simple, the layout is compact, the footprint is
small, and it can be arranged outdoors, reducing construction
costs; Equipped with a drying function, it can be heated with hot
air and directly and repeatedly dry in contact with powdered
materials inside the mill, saving a set of drying equipment. By
adjusting the temperature of the hot air, it can meet the drying
requirements of materials with different humidity levels, and can
dry materials with a maximum humidity of up to 15%.
Working principle:
The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the
reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding
disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the
grinding chamber from the air inlet. Under the action of
centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the
grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing
through the circular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed
material is carried by the high-speed airflow at the edge of the
grinding disc by the wind ring, and the large particles directly
fall onto the grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in
the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, the
coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc and is ground again
under the action of the rotating rotor. The qualified fine powder
is ground together with the airflow and collected in the powder
collection device, which is the product. Materials containing
moisture are dried in contact with hot gas to achieve the required
product moisture content.
