When the compressed air for conveying passes through the nozzles in the jet pump box, the high-speed airflow generated makes the jet pump box form a negative pressure state. When the expansion pipe of the device is used, the kinetic energy of the high-speed airflow is converted into static pressure energy, so that the powder and granular materials are transported to the terminal through the conveying pipeline.
The manual screw gate of the jet pump is used for debugging and maintenance, and the pneumatic butterfly valve is used for automatic shutdown when the conveying of powder and granular materials is suspended and the system pressure is abnormal.
