Our Composting Machine

The TOGO composting process is based on a method that enables microbes to function under optimal conditions. All the microbes used in the TOGO system, including the cellulose-degrading ones, are advanced mesophilic and thermophilic microbes, i.e. they work at temperatures of up to 80 degrees Celsius (℃). These parameters enable an accelerated and continuous decomposition of organic material into powder, providing high capacity in compact machines.

Above is how a TOGO composting machine works:

• The food waste is emptied into a processing chamber.
• The machine processes and aerates the waste using an innovative mixing technique.
• In the course of 24 hours, microbes break down the waste into a compost powder that is automatically discharged from the processing chamber.
• The compost powder is hygienic and easy to empty.

Operation Process:

• Feeding: After the segregation of wet & dry waste, organic food waste is fed in the machine through an openable door on the top.
• Conversion: After the organic and food waste is shredded it enters the tank where the actual conversion takes place through our unique mixing, air circulation, and heating mechanism The heating system maintains a temperature range in which the bacteria thrive, thus accelerating the conversion process.
• Soil Supplement Removal: This can be done every 24 hours through a wide removal outlet.
