The grouping system is the key equipment of the brick production line,it used between the cutting and setting process. The system has transport, turn over, marshalling, sewing and other functions, and by configuring different accessory equipment, this system can be matched with the robot and automatic setting machine also.

The system is controlled by variable frequency control system.

Bricks separation controls by mechanical and air pressure to accurately of separating bricks square array.

Turn over bricks with multi-grippers, which operates steady, no damage to bricks and with high capacity.

Internally installed with steel wire synchronous belt to make service lift longer and higher accuracy of transmission.

Through variety of powerful visual handling control software of its own software platform , the robot operation is more simple, and also has the ability to completely immune to computer viruses.

Pogramming Bench

BBT-BZ-01 programming bench is a device for 90 degree departing of the brick transported in place by departing belt conveyor and send the bricks to the programming bench.

The purpose is to transport the departing bricks to the programming.

Pogramming Bench of the key part:

Frame: the frame is welded with national standard steel plate and steel pipe, which is solid, stable and reliable.

Moving parts: the moving parts of the programming bench (I) are composed of two groups of synchronous belts driven by three motors and a group of driving roller , which is driven up and down by the cylinder.

Lifting part: the lifting part is driven by two cylinders to lift the connecting rod assembly, so that the brick can be placed on the designated position of the synchronous belt.
