Y-04
3 pair PVC insulation and Sheath cable which is typical multi pair
instrument cable, we used 0.5mm2 very popular wire and twisted as a
pair put the shielding for reducing interferences to keep extreme
clean environment for communication. This cable use PVC material as
insulation and jacket, which is economic, and easy approachable.
Dingzun always supply clients with high efficiency, low-cost
products.
As our years of manufacturing experience, the twist gap distance
and the strength should be paid more attention, as PVC material is
very soft and easy to distort then affect the normal signal
transmission. The second point is the working temperature, as PVC
melt point is much lower than thermal material as FEP, PTFE, to be
warned that you never put PVC together with FEP as insulation and
sheath, which will cause insulation melting while proceeding the
jacket.
We always provide our customers hi precision, high-performance
low-cost products. We do custom multi pair instrument cable
suitable for instrumentation needs, besides low MOQ service is one
of the most popular point.
