1. Quality management control on the whole process from materials purchasing to production, make sure the quality of raw materials from the starting point.
2. Self checking, Line checking and supervisor's checking in each step.
3. Component checking, finished products checking to discover problems in advance, and to ensure quality goods EX factory before shippment.

 

Under ISO 9001:2015 and strict QC inspections, we have a strict quality control system to ensure product quality. Our products have passed Reach, PAHs, EN71, AZO, phthalate and other international testing standard. such as baby locks pass REACH, and safety gate (SG008, SG009, SG010 ) reach test of EN 1930, CPC.
