Cotton yarn is selected from combed cotton yarn, combed cotton yarn with compact yarn, preparation for cotton gauze printing (turning, sewing, inspection) - singeing - desizing - open width bleaching - flat Washing and drying - pad dyeing, jigging, flat washing and drying - weft straightening, printing - baking, steaming - flat washing and drying - tenter setting - finishing, inspection and grading - defective products Weaving - quality sampling - finished product packaging and storage.
After the adjustment, I have my own testing team to detect the results in time, such as:
- the air permeability of the gauze
- water absorption speed
- color fastness
- color contrast
- functional test
- PH value test
- tensile force
- anti-pilling
- abrasion resistance
- and toxic odor element test.
After many other tests, the results will be given back, so that customers can rest assured.
Customers sample goods. First of all, the composition and weaving technology of the sample are detected, and the possible situations in the production process are analyzed, and the product is kept to the original quality or beyond the original essential requirements. After-sales follow-up service, customers have quality or related technical inquiries, and they will help solve them in a timely manner for free.
