Quality

In the process of producing microfiber towels, quality control runs through every link. Starting from the storage of raw materials, quality inspectors will strictly inspect the microfiber raw materials, using professional instruments to detect fiber diameter, strength, water absorption and other indicators. Only raw materials that meet the standards can enter the production line. 

 

After the microfiber towel is woven, it must go through multiple post-processing processes, and each process has corresponding quality inspection standards. In the finished product stage, the factory adopts a combination of sampling and full inspection. In addition to checking the appearance defects of the towel, physical performance tests will also be carried out. Only microfiber towels that have passed all quality tests can be labeled as qualified, packaged and shipped out of the factory.
