Design and Structure

Working Principle

Pressure Relief: Driven by the excessive pressure, the spool overcomes the elastic force of the spring and moves to open the valve port. Then, the fluid in the system is discharged through the valve port to the low-pressure area, reducing the system pressure.

Pressure Stabilization: As the system pressure drops to the preset closing pressure value, the spool returns to its original position under the action of the spring, closing the valve port and stopping the pressure relief process. In this way, the system pressure is maintained within a safe and stable range.
