Product Description:
YJJ 3NO2-500CT 057-3000-100 Electrochemical Nitrogen Dioxide NO2
Sensor Flue Gas Emission Harsh Industrial Environments
Features:
3NO2-500CT is a three-electrode electrochemical nitrogen dioxide
(NO2) sensor, primarily used for quantitative detection of NO2
concentrations ranging from 0 to 500 ppm. It is suitable for harsh
industrial environments such as industrial emissions and process
control, and can directly replace the mainstream 3-series NO2
sensors. It offers stable linear output and strong
anti-interference capabilities.

Main applications
Industrial flue gas emission monitoring: Used for real-time
monitoring of NO2 emissions from fixed pollution sources such as
waste incineration plants, nitric acid plants, and electroplating
plants, meeting the continuous monitoring requirements of
environmental protection regulations for chimney emissions.
Industrial safety and process control: In production processes
involving NO2, such as chemical synthesis, metal processing, and
welding, real-time monitoring of leaks and process gas
concentrations to ensure personnel safety and production stability.
Environmental air quality monitoring: Integrated into air quality
monitoring stations or mobile monitoring equipment, used for
grid-based monitoring of NO2 concentrations in urban and industrial
park environments, assisting in pollution source tracing and
governance decision-making.
Equipment and instrument integration: As the core sensing element,
embedded in portable NO2 detectors, online analyzers, etc.,
suitable for complex working conditions such as explosion-proof and
outdoor environments, supporting rapid replacement of mainstream
3-series sensors, reducing maintenance costs.
