1. Product Overview

2. Core structure and technical features

Injection molding system

Using high-precision servo motor to drive the screw, the injection pressure can reach 2000bar to ensure the uniformity of the melt.

Equipped with 25 sets of independent barrels, it supports synchronous or sequential injection molding of various plastics such as PP, ABS, TPU, etc.

Disc mold system

25-station rotating disc, each station can be equipped with an independent mold, and the turntable positioning accuracy is ±0.02mm.

The mold material can be SKD61 alloy steel or H13 hot working steel, and the service life can reach more than 1 million times

Vertical clamping mechanism

Vertical clamping design, clamping force range 50-300 tons (depending on the machine model), avoiding the gravity droop problem of horizontal equipment.

Adopt hydraulic or electric drive, opening and closing time ≤1.5 seconds, improving production efficiency.

3.Shoe material manufacturing

Multi-color soles: 25-color injection molding is used to achieve complex appearances such as gradient and mixed colors (such as sports shoes and sandals).
