Description:

GB/T 18674-2018 Four Strand Polyethylene Fishery Ropes is constructed by low-pressure Polyethylene wire.It can be floated on water due to its low density. Polyethylene fishing gear has small water resistance,good water filter.Its break strength will not changed at dry or wet condition. Its UV resistance is not good but UV agent can be added in the raw material to solve. Four Strand Polyethylene Fishery Ropes can be used for making various fishing gear,aquaculture cages, large trawl for ocean fishery. Its moisture absorption is small, the standard moisture return rate is less than 0.01%, and the moisture return rate is only 0.1% when the relative humidity is 95%.

A rope bent around a post, capstan, pulley or sheave may break at a significantly lower force. A knot or other distortion in a rope may significantly reduce the breaking force.
