Freezer Glass options

• Low-e insulated glass: It can effectively reflect and filter ultraviolet rays in natural light, improve the insulation performance of the insulated glass door, and reduce the energy consumption of the whole machine. It is mainly used in low-temperature storage equipment such as wine cabinets, refrigerators, and vertical freezers. It meets the appearance requirements for commercial and home decoration, and has a good metal texture; patterns can be screen-printed on the glass panel for customized appearance.
• The single-layer glass door of the freezer is made of flat tempered or curved tempered glass. The main material is ultra clear tempered or LOW-E glass. The door frame is made of extruded materials such as ABS and PVC. Mainly used in low-temperature storage equipment such as horizontal freezers, back-fill freezers, and order cabinets. • Vacuum glass: There are currently two major problems that restrict the development of the refrigerator industry. The first is the condensation problem on the cabinet door glass, and the second is the energy consumption problem of the refrigerator. Freezer doors made of vacuum glass have thermal insulation performance 3-4 times that of insulating glass, and have excellent anti-condensation and reduced energy consumption properties. Energy consumption is reduced between 34% and 43%, which greatly reduces costs. Correspondingly, the number of starts of the compressor is reduced and the service life is extended.
