What is Vacuum Laminated Glass? Vacuum Laminated glass is a kind of composite vacuum glass, which adopts a three-glass
two-cavity structure,one layer of low-e tempered vacuum and one
layer of PVB glass. On the basis of vacuum glass, the noise
reduction function and safety of the glass are further enhanced

Advantages of vacuum laminated glass 1.Safety: Vacuum laminated glass has the high safety of laminated glass. When the glass is broken, the fragments will stick to the PVB film, and there will be no splashing and hurting people. 2. Insulation: The vacuum layer effectively isolates air convection and heat transfer, and the Low-E glass significantly reduces the radiation heat transfer between two pieces of glass.The thermal insulation performance of vacuum glass is about 6-8 times that of single glass, and 4-6 times that of insulating glass
3. Anti-condensation: Due to the high heat insulation performance of vacuum glass, it is difficult to dissipate the indoor heat, and the surface temperature of the glass is higher than the dew point, so it is not easy to generate condensation. 4. Low noise: The vacuum layer of the vacuum glass effectively isolates the sound transmission. The sound insulation of single vacuum glass can reach 39dB, and the sound insulation of composite vacuum glass can reach 42dB.
