The OPAx377-Q1 family of op amps are high-bandwidth CMOS amplifiers that combine ultra-low noise, low input bias current, and low offset voltage, with quiescent operating current as low as 0.76 mA (typical). The OPAx377-Q1 op amps are optimized for low-voltage, single-supply applications. They offer excellent AC and DC performance, making them ideal for applications such as small signal conditioning, audio, and active filters. In addition, the wide supply range and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) make them attractive for applications that operate directly from batteries without regulation. The OPA377-Q1 is available in a SOT23-5 package. The OPA2377-Q1 (dual version) is available in a micro small outline (MSOP)-8 package, and the OPA4377-Q1 (quad version) is available in a TSSOP-14 package. All versions are rated for operation over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
