INTRODUCTION: GFM automatic high-speed laminating machine : This machine is a fast laminating tool for printing cardboard and corrugated board. The whole machine includes the gluing and laminating, pressing and feeding parts. It is suitable for laminating cardboard and corrugated board, making the cardboard more eye-catching, beautiful and high-strength. It is a new type of equipment for producing high-quality cardboard. For the packaging of food, wine, household appliances, light industrial products.
The servo laminating machine is the newest member of the laminating family. This machine combines the motion control system and servo correction device, there are multiple sets of photoelectric sensor induce the position of the bottom sheets, and in the mean time the servo motors on both sides of the top sheet make independent compensation action, so the top sheet and the bottom sheet can be positioned accurately. Servo laminating machine is easy to operate, we only need to type in the paper size and the machine would adjust the feeder, the bottom paper feeding and the pressure unit automatically, which realized the intelligent operation. Remarks: The top sheet could be the printed color sheet, filmed paper and UV varnished and paper from offset printing machine.

3.ELECTRICAL SYSTEM Mainly using Siemens electric system to ensure machine stability, high efficiency and low failure. Using man-machine interface and PLC combination, display all the information on the screen.
