High Impact Resistant Orange Color Dredging Pipe Floats
Medium density polyethylene floating body is a new product produced
by our company. The shell of this product is made of medium density
polyethylene with excellent toughness and filled with high-strength
polyurethane foam. Reasonable structure and excellent performance.
As a floating material for the water sludge discharge pipe, it has
become a substitute for the traditional steel pontoon.
Product performance characteristics:
1. Good toughness and excellent impact resistance, especially
suitable for offshore construction.
2. Light weight, easy to install and carry, and low transportation
and transfer cost.
3. Wear resistance and long service life.
4. The price is low, and the performance-price ratio is
significantly better than the steel buoy.
Note:
1. Two sections of the floating body are one group (one section
consists of two pieces), which can float up to 6 meters of mud pipe
and 1.5 meters of rubber hose;
2. Floating bodies of various specifications with an outer diameter
of 4 meters and a length of less than 4 meters can be produced.
