All new-developed products and finished-products are proceeded with enviromental and reliability tests.

 

Brisk spring Enviromental tests includes salt-spray test, frozen test, constant temperature and humidity test.

mainly for water-touched hardware, filter-bottle and electrical control board and printing material etc.

 

Reliability test includes water-circulation test, water hammer test, burst pressure test, constant pressure and flow test, 

 

Package test includes transportation vibration test, drop test, edge crush and burst test.

 

 

Beishun has estabished effetive defect tracking and improvement mechanisms, so we can detect and handle quality issues timely.

Beishun will also optimize and improve quality control procedures continuously.
