We keep monitoring our quality of products and service in order to satisfy our client and make their business to be successful. our main quality control steps includes below:

 

1. Incoming inspection: we will perform incoming inspection which includes: MTC inspection, dimensional inspection, contractual compliance inspection. to make sure the material is meeting the contractual requirement.

 

2. Intermediate Inspection: during fabrication in workshop, our QC team is assigned to each fabrication team to inspect the quality control and accept the products or reject them.

 

3. Final inspection: After fabrication completed, our QC department will perform final inspection to the products including quality related check, contractual compliance check(paiting, packing, delivering related inspection) we will also invite our client to come and inspect their product before shipment.
