The polymer adhesive is a maleic anhydrie functionalized vinyl hot melt adhesive film,developed from years of theoretical and application experience in the field of hot melt adhesive film. The compounding temperature of the product is low, and the compounding process will not cause deformation or damage to the wood-based material. The material can form a good bonding effect.

AF8160 is a polymer adhesive film product for plywood lamination. Plywood is one of the three wood-based panels commonly used in furniture. The veneer is made of slabs that are crisscrossed in the direction of the wood grain, and pressed under heating conditions. The polymer adhesive film is paved between the veneers. Pressurized and high temperature compounding has high bonding strength, low cost, environmental protection and no formaldehyde. It is an efficient and environmentally friendly product to replace tri-aldehyde glue and soybean glue.

Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
