AF8025 Polymer adhesive film products for building thermal insulation tiles and steel-aluminum composite panel. Thermal insulation color steel plate (color aluminum plate), it uses color steel plate or galvanized plate as the base plate, and the surface of the base plate is covered with aluminum foil, and the anti-aging polymer adhesive film is used to laminate the aluminium foil with the color steel plate at high temperature, so that the peeling of each layer The strength is stronger, and it is not easy to peel off and delaminate when it is used outdoors for many years.

Processing Suggestions :

Bonding Temperature: 150℃-165℃ 

Metal Surface: Phosphating or chromizing treatment and pre-degreasing treatment can avoid dust pollutants

Packing and Storage:

12 Rolls/Pallet,60- 80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；

Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
