This is 2cavity 5L detergent HDPE jerrycan mould made by steel P20,  surface in sandblast. The mould design in full circle round cooling line around the bottle shape aim to touch good cooling during producing.

This mould structure design customer select common way which without auto-deflashing system, the neck and bottom raw material need worker to tear off or cut the extra material by hand

Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge
