Overview: The Biconvex (Double-convex) cylindrical lenses are mainly used to
change the design requirements of the imaging size. For example,
converting a point spot to a line spot, or changing the height of
the image without changing the width of the image. They can be
applied in linear detector lighting, barcode scanning, holographic
lighting, optical information processing, computer, laser emission.
Optical cylindrical lenses are also widely used in high-power laser
systems and synchrotron radiation beamlines. At the same time, the
requirements for biconvex cylindrical lenses are getting higher and
higher, especially in high-power laser resonator cavities and long
distances line interferometers and other high-precision testing
instruments and devices.
