Brief Introduction

High-Performance Epoxy Resin for Insulators and Bushings

LE-9204 is a liquid modified BPA-type epoxy resin.

LH-9204 is a liquid modified carboxylic acid anhydride curing agent.

LF-630 is a low-viscosity, solvent-free modified polyol.

LZ-622 is a modified tertiary amine accelerator.

Applications

  • Designed for indoor electrical insulation in medium and high voltage applications.
  • Suitable for bushings, switchgears, dry-type transformers, and other insulation products.

Processing Methods

  • Conventional Gravity Casting Process under vacuum.
  • Automatic Pressure Gelation Process (APG).

Properties

  • Provides excellent thermal shock resistance along with superior mechanical and dielectric properties.
