Brief Introduction
CT PT transformer electric insulation epoxy resin crack resistance resina epoxica LW-9229A is a modified BPA (bisphenol A) type epoxy resin with
pre-mixed fillers. LW-9229B is a modified carboxylic anhydride hardener with pre-mixed
fillers.
Applications
Electrical insulators for medium and high voltage applications,
such as 10-35KV sealed terminal posts, transformers, current
transformers, and other insulation components.
Processing Methods
Conventional gravity casting process under vacuum. Automatic pressure gelation process (APG). Production process is adjustable according to client’s present
production methods.
Properties
Two-component saturated cyclic epoxy resin system with pre-mixed
fillers, slurry liquid at room temperature. Excellent resistance to thermal shock with superior crack
