Electric Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System Pump is a negative pressure drainage device for treating various breached or compromised surface wounds only used with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System Dressing Sets. By generating regular intermittent negative pressure to create conditions for surgical repair.

Electric Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System Pump is portable and consists of main body(including an electric Negative pressure pump, PCBA, Rechargeable Battery), accessories( including Negative pressure Bottle, Power Adapter) and software.
There are two works style: pre-set work style, and physician setting work style. The pre-set work style is for conventional medical operation while physician setting work style is for medical staff to do clinical study.
The negative pressure value of conventional medical operation of the device is 80-120mmhg (10.66-15.99kPa). Under physician setting work style, the medical staff can freely adjust vacuum pressure from 4kPa to 24kPa (30-180mmHg) at 1mmHg (0.13kPa) step.
The digital display shows that the long-life negative pressure pump is adopted, which can run continuously for a long time, with noise less than 55dB, no pollution, air flow rate of 6-12L/min, and high work efficiency.

Electric Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System Pump is used with wound dressings to therapy wound. When the pump is turned on, the user will have 6 fix modes to choice to be suitable for different wound therapy. Also the user can use 7th physician-made mode, which negative pressure ranges from 30-180mmHg(4-24Kpa). All modes are intermittent therapy with 5min suction and 2min rest.
The device is programmed to work, and has notice functions as low voltage, tube/wound sealing air leak alarm, over-higher pump work
temperature.

9. Do not use and/or store this product in or near these places where it can fall or be pulled into a tub, shower, bath, sink or toilet.
10. Do not reach for this product that has fallen into water. Unplug the unit immediately if plugged in. Disconnect the unit from dressing and contact your local distributor.
11. Cell phones or similar products could affect this product. Move this product away from these devices if interference is suspected.

Replacement of negative pressure bottle

Remove : remove the negative pressure bottle from the left side of the machine, palm up, hook the handle of the blue cover of the negative pressure bottle with the index finger and middle finger of the left hand, hold the thumb against the shell, and pull it horizontally to the left slightly to take out the negative pressure bottle, as shown in the figure below
    
Installation: prepare the new negative pressure bottle, connect one end of the elbow of suction connection pipe to the suction port of the negative pressure bottle, and insert the negative pressure bottle buckle with the left palm to the negative pressure bottle cavity of the machine
    
Remove the battery fixing screw from the back shell of the machine with a cross screwdriver; Use thumb, index and middle finger cards
Live the battery buckle pull ring, thumb and index finger to close together; At the same time, the wrist is pulled outward in the direction perpendicular to the battery, that is, the battery can be removed, and a new battery can be replaced in the opposite way and be put into the machine
    

This device stores 6 commonly used negative pressure closed drainage treatment programs and a user-definable negative pressure treatment program in CUP of mainboard. When the power is turned on, a command is input from the therapeutic device screen and a treatment program accordingly. Then a driving circuit on the main board generates a certain frequency of current to act on the negative pressure pump to generate a negative pressure. During operation, the pressure sensor detects and monitors the negative pressure change, at same time these negative pressure information is transmitted back to the CPU. Through this dynamic control, the working frequency of the negative pressure pump is continuously kept relatively stable preset-value, thereby achieving the effect of negative pressure treatment.

Electric Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System Pump is intended to deliver negative pressure via the Negative-pressure Wound Therapy System Dressing Sets to the breached or compromised surface wound, in order for the removal of fluids, including wound exudates, irrigation fluids, body fluids and infectious materials, and is used only in hospital environment, not for civilian, household, ambulance and field hospital.

The device is applicable to the following treatment areas:
Acute wound.
Chronic and refractory wounds.
Wound surface requiring drainage due to excessive fluid leakage after surgery.

The device is forbidden use in such wound as:
Undebridable wound with necrotic eschar
Wounds with tumor tissue.
Fistula communicating with internal cavity viscera.
Wounds with large blood vessels or organs exposed.
