overflow. * Adopt AISI316L for part in contact with ozone water, no-dead-ends mirror polish technique, guarantee product quality. * Reserved interface for install 100 class clean room FFU (fan filter unit). * Adopt Simens PLC control, or same level brand product. * FESTO air cylinder, or same level brand. * INOXPA stainless steel filling pump, or same level brand. * Filling volume accuracy: within ± %0.5 lt. |
