MPL500 is a new type of robot suitable for high-speed palletizing.
Because it has a high load capacity of 500kg, it can handle heavy
workloads and is very suitable for palletizing heavy items and
transporting heavy materials, such as slabs and bricks. It can also
be transported in large capacity at the same time, and it can be
loaded in a large range without being affected. The steel bar
extends above the arm of the robot, which provides stability for
palletizing large items, so it is an optimized palletizing robot
that can be used with special palletizing software, and it is
high-speed and stable when handling and palletizing. Additionally
the MPL500 offers an extended working envelope allowing palletizing
of high trailer loads.
The wrist shaft of the MPL500 adopts a hollow structure to prevent
interference with peripheral equipment, such as cables and pipes.
And the hollow wrist design not only protects the cables, but also
allows for a wider range of motion. Due to the large reduction of
the arms and body of the MPL500 and the rapid movement, it can
perform high-speed work, and the excessive axial speed shortens the
cycle time, so the MPL500 will optimize the palletizing process.
The MPL500 is a straight arm cable configuration which makes it
easy to maintain. The air pipeline and cables pass through the
robot to the end tool of the manipulator internally, so the life of
the cables will be extended, wear will be reduced, operation
interruptions caused by cable interference will be eliminated, and
its reliability will be maximized. The controller of DX100 adopts
multiple robot control technologies, and a single controller of
DX100 can control 8 articulated robots, achieving higher efficiency
for enterprises.
