Introduction

The slitter line is to slit and rewind silicon steel (CRGO, CRNGO), medium high carbon steel, stainless steel 304,321,316 & 200, electric steel,etc.

Take use of AC VVF drives, PLC control to keep the whole line in synchronization. Easy operation, high precision, high quality slitting and recoiling, stable tension. The slitting speed can be high up to 300m/min, slitting precision within 0.05mm width, number of slitting can be up to max 40strips, minimum strip thickness below 10mm take use of special slitting tools.

• Slitter arbors: alloy steel forging, whole tempering, surface high frequency hardened, grinding, hard chrome coating, fine polishing
