Rolled Steel Continuous High Speed Cut To Length Line Equipment With Edge Trimming
Our CTL line equipment can be found in a variety of different types of plants: steel mills, metal service centers, and original equipment manufacturer’s plants (OEM), in the food and beverage industry, electronics, etc.
Heavy duty feed-to stop CTL lines are designed to feed the strip material to a predetermined point beyond the shear, stop and then shear the strip to plate. Usually, feed-to-stop lines are heavy gauge lines ranging from 0.375” (9.5mm) to 1.00” (25mm) in thickness and 24” (610mm) to 120” (3050mm) in width. In looping pit CTL Lines, the sheet material never stops in the entry section of the line. The shearing action occurs as the sheet is momentarily stopped after it is fed to a set length beyond the shearing point by the feed rolls. The feeder system must accelerate to high velocities to maintain a constant average loop depth. Continuous high speed cut to length lines are equipped with dynamic shears designed to cut the material at line speed, thus allowing the strip to move continuously. The most frequent solution is Rotary Shear and Moving Shear.
In high precision metal strip cut to length line, edge trimming is often required specially for stainless steel sheet, aluminum steel sheet. Film laminating is also seen in the high precision continuous cut to length process.

of rollers will be 180mm -230mm -300mm, No stop leveling, the leveler continuously working without pressing steel plate while synchro cutting, this is good for protecting steel plate surface without leaving roller mark When shear is stop cutting, the leveler is clutched and stopped under encoder measuring. 5. Hydraulic shear Track Shear: Synchro High frequency cutting and strong frame, strong hydraulic station for shearing, big servo motor for synchro tracking steel plate running. Hydraulic rocking shear is stop cutting under encoder measuring. 6. Automatic stacker Bomb hatch stacking, receive each sheet on roller arm, open the two arms to release the sheet fall down on lifting table. Roll table deliver the piled sheets outward to pack. 7. Automatic control, the whole process is under PLC control in auto mode. |
