CBN (cubic boron nitride) abrasives are used as raw materials, and metal powder, resin powder, ceramic and electroplated metal are used as bonding agents to make various shapes of products for grinding, polishing and abrasive tools called CBN abrasives. CBN grinding wheel can obtain high dimensional accuracy and low surface roughness, the machined surface is not easy to produce cracks and burns, and the residual stress is small.
