Product Description:
Hot-dip galvanizing is a process of coating a protective layer of
zinc on either steel sheets or iron sheets to prevent rusting from
occurring. It is done by first washing the sheets with acids, then
rolling them through zinc solution “pots”, thus giving them a zinc
film layer. This method results in the production of Hot Dipped
Galvanized Steel Coil (GI). As it is highly corrosion and
paint-resistant, coupled with its workability, this product is
widely used in multiple industries.
