1.Product Description The Copper Nickel Flange is a high-performance pipe connecting
component manufactured from Copper-Nickel alloy (typically 90/10 or
70/30 composition). It is widely used to connect pipes, valves,
pumps, and other equipment to form a complete and reliable piping
system. Thanks to its excellent resistance to seawater corrosion,
this flange has become the industry standard in marine engineering
and offshore oil & gas applications.
2. Applications
Marine Engineering: Seawater cooling systems, ballast water lines,
firefighting piping, ship hull piping. Offshore & Onshore: Oil & gas platforms, desalination
plants, coastal power stations. Industrial Equipment: Heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and
any equipment requiring resistance to high-velocity seawater or
brackish water corrosion.
3. Product Functions Reliable Connection: Provides a robust, leak-tight mechanical joint
between pipe sections or between pipes and equipment. Easy Maintenance Access: Blind flanges allow rapid opening of pipe
ends or pressure vessels for internal inspection, cleaning, or
repair. System Isolation: Isolates specific sections of a piping system for
maintenance or emergency repair without draining the whole system. Size Transition & Direction Change: Reducing flanges enable
diameter changes; when combined with elbows or tees, they
facilitate flow direction changes.
