of pipelines, manufactured from copper-nickel alloy (CuNi). The
product is mainly produced by hot forming and annealing processes,
offering good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Copper nickel elbows are widely used in pipeline systems in marine
engineering, shipbuilding, desalination, petrochemical industry,
power generation, and heat exchangers. Based on nickel content,
they are primarily divided into 90/10 copper nickel alloy (C70600)
and 70/30 copper nickel alloy (C71500). 2.Product Applications Shipbuilding & Naval Equipment: Used in marine piping systems, cooling water lines, firefighting
systems, and ballast water systems. Copper nickel alloy exhibits
excellent corrosion resistance and anti-fouling properties in
seawater. Offshore Platforms & Marine Engineering: Offshore pipeline systems that withstand long-term seawater
corrosion and biofouling. Desalination Plants: Seawater transmission pipelines resistant to erosion from
