1. Product Description
This Copper Nickel Equal Tee is manufactured from Cu-Ni 90/10 or
70/30 alloy, with three ports of equal diameter for perpendicular
branch connections. It conforms to ASME B16.9, ASTM B467, etc., and
is available in seamless or welded types. Ideally suited for
seawater, salt spray, and other highly corrosive environments. 2. Product Applications Shipbuilding:Main engine seawater cooling, ballast control, fire main, bilge
discharge Offshore:Platform seawater lift, cooling water distribution, splash zone

3.Product Advantages Superior corrosion resistance – Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice & SCC in
seawater/chloride media; 3-5× longer life than carbon steel. Anti-fouling – Naturally releases copper ions, preventing barnacles, mussels
& algae attachment, greatly reducing cleaning frequency. Good mechanical performance – High strength, good ductility & low-temperature toughness
with strong impact resistance. Easy welding – Conventional GTAW/GMAW without preheat or PWHT; stable weld
properties. Erosion resistant – Maintains oxide film integrity under reasonable velocity
(seawater ≤3 m/s). Cost-effective – Slightly higher initial cost but significantly lower life-cycle
cost than carbon steel & ordinary stainless steel. Flexible supply – Full range 1/2″~48″, custom non-standard sizes, three connection
types available.
