SMLS Concentric Reducer DN 200×100, CuNi9010 Alloy 3×2.5mm, Butt Welding High-Performance
Our concentric reducer (Conc Reducer) is a high-performance
seamless pipeline fitting, strictly manufactured in compliance with
DIN 86089 standard (German national standard for copper-nickel
alloy butt welding concentric reducers). Crafted from premium
CuNi9010 (C70600) copper-nickel alloy, it features SMLS (seamless)
structure, DN 200×100 nominal diameter, 3×2.5mm wall thickness (3mm
for large end, 2.5mm for small end) and butt welding (BW)
connection, specially designed for connecting pipelines of
different diameters in industrial systems.
The core advantages of this concentric reducer lie in its strict compliance with DIN 86089 standard, seamless structure, excellent material performance and precise dimensional specifications. The CuNi9010 alloy (nominal composition: 88.0%-90.0% copper,
9.0%-11.0% nickel, with trace iron and manganese) boasts
outstanding corrosion resistance, especially in seawater and
chemical media, as it can form a stable protective oxide film in
harsh environments to prevent electrochemical corrosion and
biological fouling. Its melting point is about 1100°C, density is
8.94 g/cm³, and it maintains stable mechanical properties in both
high and low temperature environments.
The seamless (SMLS) manufacturing process eliminates potential weld
defects, ensuring uniform wall thickness, dense structure and high
pressure-bearing capacity, which is more reliable than welded
reducers. The DN 200×100 nominal diameter (corresponding to outer
diameter φ219×108mm according to industrial standard), matched with
3×2.5mm wall thickness, perfectly adapts to medium and large flow
pipeline connection needs, ensuring smooth fluid transition and
minimizing pressure loss during transmission.
Adopting butt welding (BW) connection, this concentric reducer
provides a firm, leak-proof joint with high structural strength,
compatible with TIG and MIG welding processes—weld strength after
welding is consistent with the base material, without reducing
corrosion resistance. It is processed by precision forging and
machining, with accurate dimensions, tight tolerances and smooth
inner walls (Ra≤0.8μm after honing), fully complying with the
dimensional and performance requirements of DIN 86089 standard for
copper-nickel alloy butt welding concentric reducers.
Each concentric reducer undergoes strict quality inspection,
including material composition detection (XRF), ultrasonic flaw
detection (UT), pressure resistance test (1.5 times working
pressure), corrosion resistance test (salt spray test for 2000h)
and dimensional accuracy verification, and can provide EN10204 3.1
certification to ensure reliable performance and long service life.
Widely applied in marine engineering, seawater cooling systems,
chemical processing, power plants and offshore platforms, it
provides a safe, durable and cost-effective solution for global
industrial customers needing to connect different diameter
pipelines.
IntroductionWe offer Bend and Elbow in stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel material. These fittings are also available in monel, nickle, inconel, hastalloy, copper, brass, titanium material to meet the requirements of clients. Our range is designed in line with international quality standard and is widely used in different applications across industries.
Copper nickel alloy production plant
Copper nickel alloy is often used as alloy pipe in the ocean. Whether it is seawater desalination or marine drainage pipe, it puts forward higher performance requirements. Famous foreign copper condensing tube production plants include American Brass Anaconda company, Duisburg, Germany, Kobe, Sumitomo, Toyama, South Korea, and the British Institute of non ferrous metals. At present, the larger specifications of domestic BFe10-1-1 alloy tubes are 324 mm in diameter produced by Chinalco Luoyang Copper and 324 mm in diameter tested by Zhang Tong of Jiangsu hi tech × 4 mm alloy pipe. 324 mm diameter made in Germany × 16 mm large-diameter white copper pipe is used for export due to its mature technology. The BFe10-1-1 alloy pipe produced in France has a maximum diameter of 400 mm and is used for military exports.
