What is a reduction insert?
Reducer inserts adhere to MSS standard SP-79. They make it possible to swiftly and efficiently reduce any number of pipelines using ordinary socket-weld fittings. The function of socket-weld reducer inserts is identical to that of threaded reducing bushings with threaded fittings.
With Reducing Insert you can insert to another socket weld pipe or fittings, it provides
different combinations for to quick connect with different diameter
pipelines.
Why would you use a decreasing insert??
