What is Buttweld Stub End?Stub ends are fittings used in place of welded flanges where rotating back
up flanges are desired. They are mainly used with standard Lap
Joint Flanges. Our offered ANSI B16.9 Long Stub Ends are corrosion resistant besides being reusable and economical, to the power generation, nuclear plants, petrochemical and fertilizers etc. MSS SP 43 Short Stub End have a smaller hub length, as compare to Long Stub Ends that have an elongated one. Short Stub Ends are alternative to welded flanges: they play the role of rotating backup flanges.
