QUALITY CONTROL

 

Our QC procedure and testing details are as following: Incoming material inspection (IQC) -- Quality inspection on production line (LQC) -- In-process quality control (IPQC)(several IPQC process) -- Final quality control (FQC) -- After packing inspection (QA) –- Shipment

• The third party test report of the panel shall be provided when raw material are warehoused, to keep relevant records and on file.
• Spot inspection during production，mutual inspection before and after the process.
• Final products shall be inspected before storage，and photograph for sample inspection；
• The finished products shall be delivered in accordance with the principle of placing orders first to ensure the same batch of goods.
