GE DS200SDCIG2AHB Power Supply and Instrumentation Board Product Description: The GE DS200SDCIG2AHB is a Power Supply and Instrumentation Board designed for GE’s Mark V Turbine Control System—one of the final GE series to integrate the brand’s patented Speedtronic control technology. It is a revised variant of the original DS200SDCIG2 parent board and acts as an interface to DC2000 drives. Static-sensitive by nature, it requires strict handling protocols: storage in a static-protective package until installation, touching an unpainted metal surface for 2 seconds pre-installation to discharge static, and handling only by outer edges to avoid damaging components. Key hardware includes three customizable parts:JP1 for MD Control Source, JP2 for MA AC Contactor Drop-Out Time, SW1 for AC Line CT Burden Selection, and fuses FU1-FU3, FU5-FU6 each linked to an indicator light that activates when the fuse blows. Its power supply circuits cover +5 VDC (4A), ±15 VDC (0.4A), ±24 VDC, and 115 VAC (0.4A). For replacement, power must be fully disconnected from the drive, access gained by tilting the blocking board forward via its locking mechanisms, and all cables disconnected from the board first.
