GE DS200DTBBG1ABB Terminal Digital Connector Board Mark V Ge
Turbine Control
Product Details:
The GE DS200DTBBG1ABB is a Contact Input Expansion Termination Module developed for GE’s
Mark V Turbine Control System—used to manage wind, steam, and gas
turbine automated drives, and part of GE’s final product series
leveraging its patented Speedtronic technology. It is a revised
version of the original DS200DTBBG1 module, incorporating three
significant product updates.
Physically, it measures 3 inches in height and 11.5 inches in
length, with four corner holes for mounting to the drive’s board
rack. Key hardware includes two terminal blocks, three 50-pin
connectors, three 40-pin connectors, bayonet connectors, five
jumpers, and Mark V-standard components for voltage limitation. Its
product number indicates it is a domestically manufactured Mark V
board with a DTBB function, normal PCB coating, Group 1
classification, and A/B/B revisions. Critical to installation is
placing it in the same position as the replaced board to ensure
proper cable routing—poor routing risks electrical interference and
reduced drive cooling, which can distort signals or overheat
components.
Key Features:
Mark V & Speedtronic Integration: Tailored for the Mark V Turbine Control System, supporting
wind/steam/gas turbine drives and utilizing GE’s legacy Speedtronic
technology, ensuring compatibility with mature turbine control
architectures.
Expanded Contact Input Termination: Two terminal blocks enable centralized management of signal wires,
serving as an expansion hub for contact inputs in turbine control
loops.
Dedicated Connectivity: Includes 40-pin, 50-pin, and bayonet connectors, plus
voltage-limiting components, to interface with Mark V system
hardware and regulate signal/power flow.
Revision-Enhanced Performance: Builds on the original DS200DTBBG1 with three revisions, improving
reliability or compatibility for turbine control needs.
Installation-Critical Design: Requires position-matching with the replaced board and strict
cable routing to prevent interference and cooling issues—critical
for signal accuracy and drive longevity.
