GE Mark VI IS200DAMAG1BCB Printed Circuit Board
Product Description:
The GE Mark VI IS200DAMAG1BCB is a printed circuit board, part of
GE's drive control system and Mark VI Speedtronic systems for
gas/steam turbines.
As a gate drive amplifier/interface board, it connects IGBTs
(typically Powerrex CM1000HA-28H) to the main control rack, with
one per phase leg and three per drive. It features LED indicators
(DS1-DS4) showing IGBT states, connectors for IGBT terminals and
Bridge Personality Interface, and handles up to 690V/1700A, suited
for 620-frame low-voltage drives in high-power industrial
applications.
Features:
The IS200DAMAG1BCB serves as a gate drive amplifier/interface board
with the core function of connection and control:
The electrical connection of the upper and lower phase leg IGBT
modules to the Bridge Property Interface Board (BPIA) is realized
by means of 12-pin and 6-pin vertical connectors for signal and
power transmission.
Real-time feedback of the IGBT status is provided by four LEDs (two
yellow and two green), with the yellow light indicating that the
corresponding IGBT is on and the green light indicating that it is
off, for easy visual monitoring of the operating status.
As part of the GE Innovation Series 620 Frame Low Voltage Drive
System and the Mark VI Speedtronic turbine control system, the IGBT
supports drive control of industrial gas or steam turbines and is
the key interface between the power switching device and the main
control frame.
