Product Description:

The IS200DAMDG2AAA is a gate drive amplifier interface board from General Electric (GE) that belongs to the Mark VI Turbine Control System series, which is primarily used for management and control systems of GE-compatible automated drive assemblies for gas, steam, and wind turbines, with the addition of new wind turbine scenarios compared to the predecessor Mark V series.

It is one of six variants of the DAM series of gate drive boards, and serves as an interface board between the control frame and the power switching devices (IGBTs) in the low-voltage drive system, with no power input or amplification.

Features:

Core Function: Serves as an interface between the control frame and the IGBT, connecting the bridge characteristic interface board, the gate, emitter and collector terminals of the IGBT to realize signal transmission and control, without power amplification.

Power and specification: power rating corresponds to 92 frame or 125 frame, each driver can be configured with 3 units, each unit contains 1 dual IGBT module (e.g. Powerrex CM200DY-28H), controlling one phase leg.

Status Indication: Equipped with 4 LEDs, with yellow 1ON (DS1) and 2ON (DS3) indicating that the upper and lower IGBTs are on, and green 1FF (DS2) and 2FF (DS4) indicating that they are off, to provide intuitive feedback on operating status.

Connection Configuration: Contains 12 IGBT connection pins (e.g., C1, G1IN, COM1, C2, etc.), with no fuses, test points, or configurable parts, for a simple design.
